Media relations

- Submit story ideas anytime. If you or a student has been contacted by a reporter, please email SACM prior to responding.

Publication updates (examples: directories, websites, etc.)
- Fill out either:
- Minor text edits: three business days
- All other edits: We will follow up with an estimated turnaround time.

IT support
- Divisional staff may submit a Student Affairs IT Support Request Form for technical support with systems and services within Student Affairs.
- Expect to be contacted within two business days after your request is received.
- For general technical support assistance, please contact the UMBC Technology Support Center by submitting a support request or calling 410-455-3838. General technical issues include laptop malfunctions, trouble with your desktop computer, or issues that prevent you from doing your job.
